The Program
We take the function, not a project.
Most go-to-market help is advice. Someone senior tells you what to do and you still have to do it. We do the opposite. You hand us the function and we operate it, with our compensation tied to what it produces.
Phases
Build, Run, Handoff.
Build
We lock your revenue baseline as a number in the agreement, audit what's actually measurable, and interview your customers, your lost deals, and everyone who sells for you. Then we make the positioning call. After that the infrastructure gets rebuilt: site and copy, pipeline stages, CRM, lifecycle sequences, and reporting so the number is visible daily to both of us.
What Build feels like
Slow. The first stretch produces almost no revenue and everything after depends on it. If you need leads next week, we're the wrong firm.
Run
Campaigns live. Channel and partnership outreach. The sales process running the way it should have been running. Weekly operating cadence with your team. We double down on what produced revenue and kill what didn't, on a schedule, in writing.
What Run feels like
Fast, and occasionally uncomfortable. We will change things you're attached to.
Handoff
We recruit and train the people who replace us. Systems documented and transferred to a named owner on your side. Your team ramped and hitting the number without us in the room. We don't leave on a date. We leave when your team can hold it.
What Handoff feels like
Like getting a department instead of a report.
The deal
If we do not produce revenue, we do not get paid. No retainer to hide behind, no billable hour to fill. The work is the number.
Ownership
What we own, and what we don't.
We own: positioning, messaging, brand presentation, pipeline architecture, sales process, campaigns, channel and partnership development, lifecycle, activation, and onboarding.
You own: your product and roadmap, break-and-fix support, engineering, and every final call about your company. We can only recommend. You decide.
Nobody owns it halfway. The one thing that doesn't work is a shared go-to-market function where every change needs a committee.
From you
What we need from you.
One decision-maker
Named, with authority to say yes without a committee.
Room to change things
Positioning, messaging, brand, pricing presentation, and pipeline. If something is genuinely untouchable, tell us before we start and we'll tell you whether it still works.
An engineering owner with real hours
Instrumentation and event tracking are always the thing that stalls. Name the person and protect their time.
Budget for media and tools
We fund the labor. You fund the spend it runs on.
Honesty about your product
If onboarding is broken or churn is bad, tell us on the first call. We'd rather fix it first than sell into it.
Apply
One company a month.
We take a small number of companies and we take them all the way. If that sounds like what you need, tell us what you're building.
