I spent twenty years buying this software as a contractor: roofing, restoration, supplementing, field operations. I sat through the demos, signed the contracts, and saw what happened when the product didn't do what the salesman said.
Good tools with no distribution die quietly. Mediocre tools with a sales team end up running thousands of businesses.
The best platforms I've seen were built by people who lived the problem. More money is coming into the trades, and outside teams will catch up. I want the ones built from the field to win first.

Drift pin. Wrx.
An ironworker's drift pin is a tapered piece of steel. When two beams show up on the jobsite and the holes don't line up, the pin gets driven through to force them true so the bolt can go in.
Wrx is works, as in ironworks and steelworks. A shop where things get made.
Once the bolt is set, the pin comes out and goes back on the belt.
